Refund & Exchange

For all items listed for sale you are entitled to an exchange within 7 days of receipt of delivery (this will be valid for 1 month). Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to refund/exchange earrings and headpieces. We advise that you select carefully.

An item may be exchanged in compliance with our exchange policy. The exchange is valid for 1 month from the date of delivery. All return shipping costs will be at the customer’s own expense. We do not hold any responsibility for missing parcels, so we recommend you send items back with registered post or postal insurance.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

We carefully check all items before they are dispatched. If for some reason an item arrives to you damaged or with a manufacturing fault we will happily repair, replace or refund the faulty/damaged item for you in compliance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Faulty items will only be accepted within 6 months of the original purchase date and you must provide a proof of purchase.

Faulty items must have a manufacturing fault. We do not consider wear and tear and loss of stones over time as a manufacturing fault.

In the case that we aren’t able to repair or replace the faulty item, a refund for the amount paid for the item will be issued.
